崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities and Tasks:
• 執(zhí)行日常6S管理,確保工作環(huán)境整潔和干凈；
Enforce and implement a neat and clean working environment through daily 6S housekeeping practices;
• 按照指導(dǎo)書、裝配要求和圖紙完成風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的裝配、測試和調(diào)試；
Finish the assembly, testing and debugging of wind turbine according to the instructions, assembly specification and drawings;
• 提高機(jī)械組裝的質(zhì)量及效率, 并確保按時完成每個項目工作；
Improve the mechanical assembly quality and speed; ensure each project is completed according to the Timing Plan;
• 在風(fēng)場現(xiàn)場安裝發(fā)電機(jī)，調(diào)試并排除故障，確保其正常安全運行；
Assemble, test and debug wind turbine on wind farm, ensure it runs smoothly and safely;
• 安裝完成后向客戶提供必要的風(fēng)力發(fā)電知識及風(fēng)機(jī)安全操作培訓(xùn)；
Supply necessary training to clients on wind turbines knowledge and safely operating after the assembling task;
• 負(fù)責(zé)工具及設(shè)備的定期維護(hù)及保養(yǎng)，做好檢查記錄，并送質(zhì)檢部校準(zhǔn)和校訂；
Responsible for the regularly maintenance of tools and equipments, complete inspection recording, and send to QA department for calibration and revision;
• 負(fù)責(zé)妥善保管日常工作所需圖紙、工作手冊、工作指導(dǎo)書的報告文件；提供客戶服務(wù)記錄及服務(wù)報告。
Keep the reporting documents of drawings, work manual, and work instructions properly as required by daily work.

任職要求Required Qualifications:
1. 機(jī)械工程或其它相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or relevant industry.
2. 熟悉ISO-9001,6 sigma and FMEA等質(zhì)量工具者優(yōu)先；
Knowledge of ISO-9001,six sigma and FMEA quality tools preferred;
3. 有高科技行業(yè)或重工業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
Prior experience in hi-technology or heavy industrial sector;
4. 五年以上制造、維修或者工程等行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗；
5+ years of working experience in engineering/manufacturing/maintenance functions.
5. 良好的英語書面及口語能力；
Good English Language Skills (verbal & writing skills);
6. 愿意常駐廣西北海。
Willingness to locate in Beihai, Guangxi.

• 解決負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品問題，確保工作質(zhì)量和工作效率達(dá)到公司要求。
Solve responsible area technical and production issue. make sure the work quality and efficiency reach company requirement.
1) 按照操作指南、組裝說明書及設(shè)計圖樣，完成風(fēng)機(jī)的電纜組裝和調(diào)試；
Finish the turbine electric cable and debugging of wind turbine according to the instructions, assembly specification and drawings;
2) 改善風(fēng)機(jī)電氣相關(guān)的工作質(zhì)量和工作效率，以確保每一個項目按時完成；
Improve the turbine electric relative work quality and efficiency ensure each project is completed according to the Timing Plan;
• 負(fù)責(zé)組裝技術(shù)。
Take area leadership for assembly process in technical.
1) 維護(hù)和更新操作程序及設(shè)計圖樣，以確保按質(zhì)按時完成電氣相關(guān)設(shè)備的組裝；
Maintenance and update operation procedure and drawing make sure the electric relative assembly quality is under control and in time;
2) 監(jiān)督和管理下屬的工作質(zhì)量以及公司政策的推行；
Supervisor the subordinate working quality and company policy follow up;
• 培訓(xùn)溝通及技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
Training & technical communication.
1) 對新員工提供必要的培訓(xùn)，對相關(guān)技術(shù)員提供風(fēng)機(jī)只是以及組裝過程中以及完成后的安全操作相關(guān)知識；
Provide necessary training for new employee and relative technician on wind turbines knowledge and safety operation in & after the assembly task;
2) 對客戶提供組裝完成后安全操作知識培訓(xùn)
Supply necessary training to clients on wind turbines knowledge and safely operation after the assembling task;
• 外部服務(wù)及客戶維護(hù)。
Outside service and customer care.
1) 迅速解決風(fēng)場不同類型的故障和問題，或者對客戶提出專業(yè)的建議；
Solve different kinds of malfunctions and problems quickly on the wind farm, or bring forward professional advice to clients.
• 車間6S及紀(jì)律管理。
Shop 6S & discipline.
1) 按照6S清潔要求實施執(zhí)行，保持整潔的工作環(huán)境；
Enforce and implement at neat and clean working environment through daily 6S housekeeping practices;
2) 完成車間主管安排的所有工作。
Complete all the work assigned by shop supervisor.

任職要求Required Qualifications:
1. 電氣控制和自動化相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor or above degree in electric control or automatic background;
2. 接受過IT、安全培訓(xùn)或者6S培訓(xùn)者優(yōu)先；
IT & Safety and 6S training prefer;
3. 電工、叉車、行車或焊工證書持有者優(yōu)先；
Electrician certificated, Forklift and overhead crane and welding certificated prefer;
4. 4年以上電氣自動化工作經(jīng)驗，1年風(fēng)機(jī)組裝經(jīng)驗；
4+ electric & automatic working experience and 1 years wind turbine electric assembly experience;
5. 電氣控制、自動化、發(fā)動機(jī)及動力的相關(guān)知識；
