· Drive and support the localization of key materials and tooling;

· Transfer the production technical documents, translate the working instructions;

· Training of blade know-how;

· Trouble shooting of production/quality problem;

· Transportation fixture design for blade;

· Coordinate with global blade team to promote team capability;

Personal competences:

· Chemical background with strong knowledge at fiber-glass or silicon field;

· Familiar fiber-glass & carbon compounds production process;

· Knowledge of fiber-glass based blade production, design experience highly preferred;

· Coating knowledge of fiber-glass blade;

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Wind Energy industry experience will be highly preferred.

Casting Engineer

Location: Beijing

Education: Master or above in Cast Iron products design/production is preferred

Working Experience: 8+ years in related field of Foundry Field

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for our platform casting components owner, fabrication need covered also;

· Design, load calculate and specifications to casting components;

· Prepare the required production documentation, like bill of materials, drawing, quality inspection specifications etc as request;

· Redesign, maintain and update casting, fabrication design as needed.

· Provide solution to any technical issues, failures happen at workshop / site; and reflect all change to platform if needed;

· Improving, innovating casting components to reduce cost, enhance quality, remove safety issues;

Personal competences:

· Design/manufacturing experience on cast iron production;

· Have strong knowledge sand casting, metallurgical, cast iron, and also familiar about fabrication is a plus;

· Excellent problem solving capability on casting, fabrication;

· Load analysis, FEA, ANSYS experience is plus;

· Familiar Pro-E is highly preferred;

· Wind industry experience highly preferred;

· Good communication and presentation skills;
