評標(biāo)情況：本項目于2021年4月2日在北京市豐臺區(qū)西三環(huán)南路14號首科大廈A座16層?xùn)|側(cè)第二會議室進(jìn)行了評標(biāo)，共有遠(yuǎn)景能源有限公司[聯(lián)系方式].中標(biāo)通、新疆金風(fēng)科技股份有限公司[聯(lián)系方式].中標(biāo)通、湘電風(fēng)能有限公司、明陽智慧能源集團(tuán)股份公司共4家投標(biāo)人按招標(biāo)文件要求遞交了投標(biāo)文件。經(jīng)過綜合評價，評標(biāo)委員會一致推薦本次招標(biāo)的中標(biāo)候選人為：第一名新疆金風(fēng)科技股份有限公司[聯(lián)系方式].中標(biāo)通；第二名遠(yuǎn)景能源有限公司[聯(lián)系方式].中標(biāo)通。
提出異議的渠道和方式：
1.     異議必須在中標(biāo)候選人公示期內(nèi)以書面形式提出；

3.     下列異議將不被受理：
（1）    異議提出人提出的異議不符合上述要求的；
（2）    超出異議申請時效的；
（3）    異議人非所異議招標(biāo)投標(biāo)活動的投標(biāo)人，且與招投標(biāo)活動無直接利害關(guān)系；
（4）    未提供與異議相關(guān)證明材料；
（5）    異議事項不具體，且未提供有效線索，難以查證的；
（6）    前述異議已經(jīng)做出處理決定，并且異議申請人沒有提出新的證據(jù)的；
（7）    異議事項已進(jìn)入投訴等程序的。
4.     異議人不得以異議為名排擠競爭對手，進(jìn)行虛假、惡意異議，阻礙招投標(biāo)活動的正常進(jìn)行。如發(fā)現(xiàn)有該行為的，上海中核浦原有限公司有權(quán)取消其一定期限內(nèi)招標(biāo)項目的投標(biāo)資格。
